Thoroughly wet your dog before applying 1/2 to 1 pump (1-2ml for a medium-sized dog) of shampoo, gently massaging it into the torso and neck. Use 1/4 to 1/2 pump on each leg, then rinse thoroughly. For first-time users, we recommend using half the usual amount, as this is a premium formula. Suitable for all pets except cats, with essential oil content below 1%. Even if you apply more than advised, the natural, ultra-mild formula meets the stringent safety standards of the EU Cosmetics Directive (6th Amendment) and APVMA.

Can I use human shampoo on my dog?
No. Human shampoos, which have a pH range of 4.8 to 5.8 (acidic), can disrupt your dog’s protective acid mantle, increasing the risk of fungal, bacterial, and yeast infections that lead to skin irritation and itching. Dog shampoos should be specially formulated with a pH between 6.8 and 7.5 (alkaline) to maintain skin health.
How often should I bath my dog?
A normal, healthy adult dog should be bathed no more than once a fortnight. Over-bathing dogs, including those with sensitive skin can strip the natural oils that protect the skin and can lead to skin irritations and itching.
