Shampoo & Conditioner Contains: Distilled water, certified organic chamomile, comfrey, calendula, burdock root, horsetail, kakadu plum & nettle extracts, pro vitamin B5, certified organic vegetable glycerine, mixed tocopherols (pure vitamin e), bisabolol natural (concentrated chamomile derivative), soya oil, decyl glucoside (Eco Cert Approved), 100% pure and unadulterated anthemis nobilis (roman chamomile), citrus sinensis (sweet orange) and aniba rosaeodora (rosewood) essential oil. Safe to use on dogs and horses with essential oil content at <1%.
Dermal Scratch Spray Contains: Distilled water, certified organic calendula extract, vitamin e natural, certified organic aloe vera leaf juice powder, 100% pure and unadulterated essential oils of lavender and tea tree (<0.05%)
To use the shampoo, start by thoroughly wetting your dog. Apply 1/2 to 1 pump (approximately 1–2ml for a medium-sized dog) and gently massage it into the torso and neck for about one minute. Use 1/4 to 1/2 pump on each leg, then rinse thoroughly. For first-time users of our products, we recommend using only half your usual amount, as this is a premium formula. Rest assured, even if used in larger quantities, the shampoo is safe—formulated naturally and ultra-gently in compliance with the EU Cosmetics Directive (6th Amendment) and APVMA safety standards.
Conditioner: Spray onto a wet or dry coat after bathtime. Can be used to assist brushing and detangling. Dermal Scratch: Part the hair and spray directly onto the skin for best results.
My dog has sensitive skin. Is this product suitable?
Absolutely. Our shampoo is specially formulated to be ultra gentle for dogs with sensitive skin and is designed to prevent any skin irritation.
Can I use human shampoo on my dog?
No. Human shampoos, which are acidic with a pH of 4.8 to 5.8, can disrupt a dog’s acid mantle, increasing vulnerability to fungi, bacteria, and yeast that cause skin irritation and itching. Dog shampoos should be specifically formulated with a pH between 6.8 and 7.5 to maintain healthy skin balance.
How often should I bath my dog?
A normal, healthy adult dog should be bathed no more than once a fortnight. Over-bathing dogs, including those with sensitive skin can strip the natural oils that protect the skin and can lead to skin irritations and itching.
When should I use this product?
You can use this product any time of the day or night, after rolling in the grass or after a walk.
How do I apply the Dermal Scratch Spray?
Separate the fur and apply several sprays directly onto the skin. Let the product absorb fully. Gently blowing on the treated area can speed up absorption. If your dog licks the product off, reapply and keep your dog distracted to ensure proper penetration.
What if my dog licks off the Conditioner or Dermal Scratch Spray?
This product is formulated to be safe if your dog licks it off.
